They were appointed by the US Marshalls office to dispose of Peter & Marion Madoff’s personal property which was seized to compensate the victims of Bernies Ponzi Scheme. Peter, was sentenced to 10 years in prison. Peter Madoff was the chief compliance officer at Bernard L.
