Some characters in remarkable condition, some with the scars/cuts that come with being over 100+ years old. A few characters have been hand modified into other letters. For instance the “H” is also an “R” cut on the reverse side. (see photos of H & R). The typeface design was first shown by Wm H Page Co in his 1859 specimens.
