FIRSTLY, I don’t know if this will work with anything other than Windows. Please reasearch if you are using another OS. Ve upgraded to a larger cutter, so this has to go. It’s working fine with no issues. However, there have been reports of these not working sometimes with windows 10 latest updates. If this happens for you, I can direct you to that solution. There are other workarounds but I haven’t had to face this problem. These cutters are marketed as both 34″ and 28″ cutters, and the model name suggests 25. The cutting width is NONE of these. Just to be clear. It can take vinyl up to 24 wide. That is the maximum width that it will cut. I used 24 x 30ft. Rolls with this cutter. Sometimes I would get the 50ft. But under no circumstances can this cutter accept 34 wide rolls! Included with this item. I always kept a 60 degree blade in the gold one, and 45 degree in the silver, ready to swap out easily. 2 usb cables (one short one long). Vinylmaster cut software (not a demo, you get the registration key). 5 extra 45 degree blades. 5 extra 60 degree blades. Rolling cutting blade (for trimming and cutting vinyl on a cutting mat). (the cutting mat in photos is NOT included). Once you receive the cutter, the psn (product serial number) is on the card. Enter it at the link, and you can download the software. Once you install it, it will ask you for the psn again. It will be cleared of my account, as I don’t use it anymore.
