Your chance to own a super rare Hercules (Albion Style) hand iron printing press. The Hercules is an iron hand press which uses a slightly different impression system than that of the Albion. It works equally as well but is a much harder to find beast! The platen size is 16 x 11 inches and the bed is 19 x 12 inches. This press comes on its original wooden stand and measures: 62 inches high, 40 inches without stand, 34 inches long and 19 inches wide. It strips down into manageable pieces. It will fit in a large estate car or small van comfortably. I have print tested this press (see last pic) and it prints superbly. It comes with a tympan which you may wish to recover, a chase and some furniture. The press has sat for some time so would benefit from a light clean and lubrication.
