The Emblazer is designed for engraving and cutting. It has a very robust construction with a strong acrylic frame and a metal base to provide a stable and portable cutting base. It uses a Nichia 9mm 445 nm laser diode (Class 4) 4000 mW laser The work area is slightly over A3 (400mm x 300mm) The laser can engrave plastic and wood. It is very good for cutting paper and card for papercraft. It is able to cut thin MDF/plywood but this requires several passes. It has had light use and is in excellent condition. Please see attached photos for detailed shots. I will include the spare aluminium honeycomb sheet to use as a cutting bed. Please note you need a firm and flat surface for the cutter to sit on.
